Please remember that by submitting your “trader password“, you are merely granting access to the Technical Support Services Team to provide technical support and repairs to your Golden Grid account. As with any EA, your trading robot will need to be adjusted from time to time to maximize your profit; however, unlike most VPS service providers, this technical support service is covered by your monthly subscription fee.
The Golden Grid Technical Support Services Team has neither access nor authority to withdraw any funds from your account. You, alone, shall maintain full control of your account funds. Your account funds are kept by your brokerage company, and Golden Grid Technical Support Services does not receive any money directly from your trading account.
